QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 4-6 years of experience in the area of IVR Quality Assurance process and methodologies.
- must be fluent in Cantonese or Mandarin
- Has experience with speech recognition and VXML testing
- Has experience with creation/utilization of automation scripts for monitoring & regression
