QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 4-6 years of experience in the area of IVR Quality Assurance process and methodologies.
  • must be fluent in Cantonese or Mandarin
  • Has experience with speech recognition and VXML testing
  • Has experience with creation/utilization of automation scripts for monitoring & regression
