– Fluent in Mandarin and English
– fresh grads of IT courses will be considered
– work experience is a plus but not a strict requirement
– computer literate
– willing to start ASAP

The TSRs will support the customers of well-known International Computer Brand.

Mandarin Research Specialist

Division/Department: Market Research

Job title: Research Specialist  (Day shift)

Location: Mandaluyong city

 

General Description:

· Gathers primary market research using the phone, internet, and various publications using strong verbal communication skills.

· Research responsibilities focus on gathering new company data in the form of project and company information, while also validating existing company data

· Inputs information into a database using the computer

· Composes news articles or other written documentation based off completed research using strong written communication skills

· Complete data quality control activities

· Increase knowledge of industrial equipment and industrial processes

· Works both independently and in a group setting

Environment:

· Office-based

· May travel occasionally

Requirements:

· One or more years of out-bound calling experience is preferred (examples include conducting surveys, completing research, telemarketing, collections or similar)

· Must be proficient with technology and computer systems, including knowledge of word processing programs and the ability to quickly learn new programs

· Must demonstrate excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Education Requirements

· High school diploma or equivalent

· 4 year Bachelor’s degree or equitable experience required (preferred)

Any certifications in a second language are preferred, but not required.

Mandarin Multi-Lingual Research Analyst

Mandarin Multi-Lingual Research Analyst

Location: Manila, PH

Responsibilities:

· Research on finanance, investments, subscriptions and other  relavant  information using interenet seach engine

· Acts as a liason between the client and the account

· Participate in weekly conference calls with Client’s market analyst team

Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.

· Strong English Communication

· Fluent in Mandarin  Language (can read, write and speak)

· Communication and negotiation ability

· At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

· Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees.

Additional Skills Needed (plus but not required)

· Analytical and Consulting Skills

· Can write business letters and communication

· Ability to liaise with internal clients

· Attention to detail and quantitative abilities

· Proactively search for relevant information via web

· Ability to manage data gathered

· At least 1 year of working experience in the related field

· Team Player

·  Exposure to publications & subscriptions as well as Investment Banking environment is desirable but not a requirement.

Work Schedule:
The candidate will mostly work on a day shift but should still be open to work on graveyard and shifting schedules
