Location: Taguig City
This position is reporting to the Training Manager/Operations Manager
To conduct New hire orientation, trainings and Refresher trainings for the existing staff based on the TNA.
Conduct New Starter Induction Training Program
Perform training need analysis in conjunction with operations staff.
Develop training modules and training schedule and improve/modify the existing training decks.
Conducting Quality Assessments, Audits & provide feedback
Identify Gaps & conduct refresher training
Handle administrative as well as functional requirements of the role, liaising with other departments
Call Monitoring & publishing report on weekly and monthly basis
Graduate with minimum 3+ yrs of relevant BPO work experience with minimum last 1 year as a trainer. (Sales background will be preferred)
Strong analytical skills required as well as the ability to take statistical data and infer organizational implications required.

Create and implement processes that result in improved business performance
Strong execution skills with focus on clear, realistic action steps and timeliness
Strong working knowledge of Ms Excel and PowerPoint
Strong Verbal and written communication
Desirable: Post Graduate
